About:Macau Visa Policy

hi, I'm holding Vietnamese passport. Now I'm in Singapore, can I go to Macau from Singapore. Do I need to apply visa before going or I can do applying visa on arrival at Macau?
If I plan to go HongKong for only 3 days and go back to Macau, does it need separate visa for HongKong? And Do I need to get visa again when I'm back to Macau?
If can, give me some webpage that I can get more info about Macau and Hongkong travel guides

You can get the Macau visa at the entry port upon arrival. You are required to apply for a Hong Kong visa at the Chinese consulate or mail your application to the Immigration Department of Hong kong SAR. For Hong Kong visa regulation, log on to this site:
