Hello, it is suggested that you take a flight from Shanghai to Wuhan City firstly. Then, from Wuhan, please catch a train (6-8hours) or a bus to Shiyan (6-7hours), which is very close Wudangshan. Arrival on Shiyan, there are frequent buses could take you to Wudangshan Mountain in 1 hour.
