which is the easiest way for me to get access to those bus and railway information? if i decide to stay over nite in hangzhou, which hotel is better?

In hangzhou all hotel around west lake are very expensive , Hangzhou new centry hotel has very good location , 5 minutes to the lake , and not far to he fang old street with reasonable price !
