About:Chinese Embassy in Malaysia

Philippines guy need to apply China multiple visa in Kula Lumpur China Embassy.What are the supporting document need to provide ? Before that he had working permit in China but now expired already!

What type of visa does he wanna apply? L, F, X, or Z visa? What's the purpose of his visit?
