There is one train T202 19:25/06:34 from Sanya to Beijing. The train journey takes about 35 hours and the soft sleeper ticket cost RMB940.00. You can buy the train ticket at Sanya Railway Station or satellite ticket offices in the city. Please note that a service charge of RMB5.00 is required per ticket if you buy it from these offices.

If you stay at hotel in Sanya, you may check if the hotel has the ticket reservation service. This might be more convenient for you.

How can I check the ticket?
Do you have any specific address for this?
Inside the compartment is there any English spoken person who we can deal with and help us?
And last thing the train will travel non stop or how it would be?

I agree with Helena. Maybe you could contact your hotel for the train ticket reservation beforehand.
In China, the train staff can hardly speak English, but some of the passengers on the train may speak good English, especially the young generation. So if you need any help, you may turn to them.

It is really quite a long journey from Sanya to Beijing by train. It will stop for a few minutes in some big stations. Please be sure to get ready for this.

Alternatively, i suggest you take flight instead of train since it will save you more time for sightseeing. Sometimes the flight has a good discount.
