About:Beijing Train

I've heard international train tickets to Moscow from Beijing(K3,K19) could only be bought trough some travel agencys. why?

Well, if you stay in Beijing for a period, there is no need to book a ticket from any agency. The train ticket to Moscow could be purchase at Beijing Railway Station by yourself.

Well, because it is better to book the ticket in advance, so you have to ask for help from an agency if you are not in Beijing.
