There are multi-public buses running between downtown Shanghai and Qibao Town. Here is part of them:
Shanghai Stadium: Nos.92, 92B
Shanghai Gymnasium: Tour Special Line 1 A&B, Hu-She Special Line
Xinzhuang Station of Shanghai subway Line1&5: Xin-Ji Line, Xin-Hua Line,

the best way to go there is metro line 9 to Qibao.
from there it is just a 3 minutes walk.
