I am a Nepali citizen and hoping to fly to Mainland China shortly to earn MBBS degree. I am well-equipped with required documents. However, I have come to know that China Visa Section under the Chinese Embassy does not provide visa to aspiring travelers of late. Where can I collect the visa? Is the visa issue rights outsourced to other agencies? If so, I would be grateful to you if you could kindly inform me about the consultanicies/agencies.
