About:Changchun

Hi,

Need advise.Thanks .
l am Malaysia citizen.Will be working in China (get pay by China corporation)But the things is i will not be station in China but instead l will be in Malaysia.Question:-
1)Do l need to apply for residence permit?
2)Do l need to pay China's Tax?

If you don't work in China, you don't need a residence permit. Well, if you plan to travel China regularly, you need a Chinese visa( multiple-entry).
If you get the salary from your Chinese employer, you have to pay the income tax. Your employer will deduct the amount and pay for the government on behalf of you.
