About:Chinese Embassy in Malaysia

Visa Application Form of China ...

1. Is the Form issued in UK similar to that in Malaysia ?
2. Where can I get the FORM earlier or before my visit to the Embassy ?
3. Can the FORM be downloaded from this Web site ?
