About:Chengdu Attractions

Hi hi,

I will be in Chendu sometimes in June and have 3 days 2 nights there. Do I have enough time to travel up to Jiu Zhai Gou? If not, where you would suggest? Many thanks!

Hi,
I just came back from Chengdu, I spent 3 days there, and there was not enough time to go up to Jiu Zhai Gou, as the bus to there takes 12 hours.

For a day trip, I could sugesst Leshan Giant Buddah and the irrigation system, or Emei Shan for 2 days.

Most hostels offer excursions, that can give you an idea of what can be done in one or two days.

Hell, I think that you will not be involved in such kind of problem unless you go to Eeishan during holidays or festivals, such as the National Holiday on Octobe 1~8, 2009.

Hello, Anna

You put 2 days for Emeishan. Can you pls tell me if it's possible to avoid queues for bus and cable up to the top if to start not in early morning but, say, before/after lunch?
