hello, im Mr Kamgang, im from Cameroon, but now im living in Laos. i want to go and buy my goose in china but but CHina embassy Can`t give chinese visa. i don`t know if i can get chinese visa in Cambodia.

Do you mean that the Chinese Embassy in Laos doesn't issue you a Chinese visa? If you apply for Chinese visa in Cambodia, you should have the residence permit or valid visa of Cambodia
