About:Chinese Embasy in Ireland

Do i Have to get the visa in person or can my brother get it for me. I am flying to Shanghai next tuesday is it possible to get the visa on monday or will i have to pick it up on tuesday morning

You can entrust a travel agency or courier to get the application for you. No express visa can be granted on the same working day in the embassy. It takes 3-5 working days.
