About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

Hi,
I have relatives from China who will be visiting Singapore. I have their photocopies of their passports and photos with me. Can i apply visa to Singapore on their behalfs in Singapore? If yes, where can i go to?

Your relatives can apply for the visa at the Singaporean Embassy in China. To apply for a visa, the original (not the copy)valid passports are required.
