I want to travel into China from Hong Kong three or four times during my trip, is it possible to get a visa to allow me to enter China?  What documents do I need for this?

Documents needed are as below: 1.An actual passport, which must have at least 6 months validity left before expiration. 2. A duly filled application form with a passport-style photo affixed 3.
