i have asked at the security bureau in shenzhen, where my wife and i reside and own property, and i am informed that i must get the certificate of residence from my wifes home town. but i am worried that when i go there they will not know what to do.how do i go about getting a chinese copy of the regulations to show the people there?
additionally if i get the initial Visa outside china do i have to then go to my wifes home town or can i get the visa issued in Shenzhen?
