Please advise me if there are long distance buses from Shanghai to Nanchang. If yes, the schedules please. Thank you.

Well, the coach bus station located at 258 Hengfeng Road, Shanghai provides the buses to go to Nanchang. However, there is only one bus in a day. I'm not sure which time it departs. You'd better go to ask and buy the ticket in advance. Good luck!
