pls could you advise me what best ways and what i should take to go from shenzhen to Guangzhou by land

Easiest way is train, station opposite Shangri La, Louho, 59 minutes to Guangzhou East around 90RMB, averages 180KPH, there is a bar car, food is average but beer is good value.
