About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

Hi!
My brothers (under 12 yrs old) is going with my family (mom dad etc) to Beijing and Shanghai, they are first time visitors of China, i will pass their birth certificate and marriage contract of my parents, do i need to pass any thing more? (together w/ hotel and flight?)

Yea, the hotel and flights booking, your parents' valid passport and a duly filled visa application form with photo attached are also required.
