Mr.Zhang Thai De, to my personal knowledge, in principal, you need provide Belgium' valid visa or residence permit if you want to apply for Chinese visa in Brussels. The fee is 33 euros for single entry visa. However, the Belgium and Hungary belong to EU, the two countries neen't visa or residence permit for traveling. So you can have a try in Brussels0
