A belgium's unmarriege man send her a invitation can she come to belgium? I don't think it is a good way to handle the matter. At first, I think you should obtain a single-status certificate issued by a notary public and attested by the relevant organizations in your country and the Chinese embassy. Then you can send her invitation letter. It is advised to consult the visa officers.
