i am from india and i want to visit the sheghai city i want a language translater please guide where i find these type of person. and also want a low price apartment near the airport. Please help me what i am doing.

My recomendation to you is not to stay near the airport. My guess is you will be arriving at Pudong Airport... because you will be far from the center of the city. What I recomend you is to rent an apartment close to the center of the city, you will be saving 100's of RMB'S. You can book at a daily rate wich is about RMB 150.00 depending how many days you will be staying. I am a couple days away for my departure time to USA. After spending incredible time with my fiance and visiting, Beihai City in the North Sea, Naning and "Shanghai" what an incredible City.... Very convinient location so close to public transportation, bus, train. With a couple guide maps so easy to get arround the entire city....Good luck and have a lot fun in Shanghai.
