About:Chinese Embassy in South Korea

Hi I am a univerisity graduate student in Korea. I want to visit China for attending a conference. It will be held on 11-13 June. WHEN and HOW I should apply for the visa. Should I directly go to the China Embassy in Korea and submit all the documents and fees or I have to do everything through a tour operator?

Thanks a lot in advance

For attending conference, an F visa is required. You can find a tour operator to submit your application on your behalf.
