You(Philippine passport holders) are exempt from visa for Hong Hong and stay there for up to 14 days. For visiting Shenzhen, you need a visa. For visiting Macau, you also don't need a visa if your stay is not exceeding 30 days.

Mrs. Sweetvernon, As I know, philippines citizens can enjoy visa free access to Macau for up to 30 days. You need a visa to visit China/Shenzhen. I think you can apply for a visa in Hong KONG.
