About:Guangzhou Travel Guide

I am planning a trip to China but I don't know the spelling of the place. My mom pronounced it as "hum" "zhou". Can someone help me with the actual spelling and what is the closest airport to that place? A relative mention to go to Guangzhou airport.

Hi, I think it should be Hangzhou in the Zhejiang province. You may take bus or train from Shanghai and it only takes one hour to reach Hangzhou. There is also an airport in Hangzhou named Xiaoshan Airport. App. 30 mins from Hangzhou town.

Hangzhou is famous of its beautiful scenery especially the Xi Hu (West Lake). It is one of the most beautiful city in China. you may see the Cherry Blossom flowers in Spring. It is coming to summer very soon and you should be able to see the beautiful Lotus flowers starting end June. This city is also famous of silk and many others things. I travel to China especially Hangzhou, Shanghai and Guangzhou every year. Please do not hesitate to email me should you require any more information. I have some good recommedation of hotels, drivers, shopping and food if you need, hope is able to help you to have a safe and good trip!

I also do a personal blog recently to share my travellings, good food, etc. Please do not hesitate to log on and I will put on my recent travelling in the blog. I just came back from Hangzhou, Guangzhou and Hong Kong last week.
