You'd better provide a scanned copy of the confirmed booking receit with the seal stamped on.

Hey, I have some personal experience on China visa. Pls read my story and think how to deal it.My profession is business and for my business since 2000 I started my oversaes trip every yaer 3/4 time. Specially Western European countries and asia Pacific rejion including China and Hong Kong.

When China started new policy during olmpic before that so far I travelled 7 times under multiple visa and it was smooth and easy process.Real experince I gained after their new policy;

Two months later of olmpic I went to China embassy for visa( any kind of visa is ok) and Embassy told me need government approved invitation letter from China's customer. Then I contacted with my several customers and my 4 customers replied process is complex and don,t want to do it.So my business procedure being stopped that time.

Then I saw Tourist visa procedure and as per Embassy's notice I need Passport, bank documents, confirm air ticketand Hotel reservation.
a. My passport copy b. bank statement 6 months c.Confirm air ticket with return date d. 3 star hotel reservation with Hotel seal and sinature( I had to pay to hotel for it 450 RMB couireir charge 200 RMB for one paper)

I went to the Embassy with above documents then visa section check my documents and told that my Hotel resevation already one day past( that mean should come to embassy one day earlier and my ticket should also one day earlier) so they back me and told need reservation copy original paper again. No fax copy , no scan copy will be allowed.

Then I contact with my Hotel, Hotel told me to send back original resevation letter and extra another 200 RMB for coureir charge.I become sad and can cel the trip China and went Europe for 1 month.

After few months Later i hear now China visa little easy so again I went there and saw 6/7 people waiting in the queue. (to be continuing)

I asked them how is situation.they told me without government invitation not posible to get visa and many invitation letter also fake and many invitation some time date is missing or seal is missing so they back from embassy.

I back from Embassy and luckly one old customer contact me 6/7 years later for buying some materails from me again. Then I requested him to arrange Invitation letter so that I can come to attend meeting with him.He said ok but I need to pay the cost and I paid for it 600RMB. Its took more than 2 months to get the invitation letter.

But one funny thing happen when I submit documents to the visa section along with the invitation letter9 invitation letters two copies: one is chinease and another one is english) they check my papers and told invitation letter chinease copy don,t have seal( but signature was there) so they back me.

then I contact with my customer again and they contact with Government office.Then they advise send back the letter and then they will issue again new letter.I spent again 1 month.And one month later when finally get visa they only issue for 7 days single entry.
Then I didn,t have other choice but made a very short trip to China and as I can not go to China via Hk so I had to go via Kunming and one day spent in Kunming. Next day Gz and my customer place take 4 hrs by bus from GZ. So 3 days I meet my customer and get time like 1 hrs for meeting then came back Gz and next Gz to Kunming. One day again Kunming and next day Dhaka.
I arrived Kunming 5th day and want to back next day but another problem ahppen again due to China eastern airline in Kunming. They asked me to pay 30USD for changing the ticket date.

By way I had finished my China trip and I learn very big thing" True wish never can die, only you and your pocket will be dying---------------but good news is you got china."
