About:Chinese Embassy in Malaysia

I'Florence, my mother wish to visit my brother in Shanghai and she wish to stay in Shanghai for 3 months. She planning to go in August 09. She has apply multiple entry visa but i understand that we only able to stay in China for 30days only. If she wish to extend to stay in China, any documents need to provide? Pls advise.

A multiple-entry L visa permits you 60 days duration of stay in China. After entering China, it is possible to extend the duration of stay at the Exit and Entry Department of a local Public Security Bureau.
