to whom it may concern:I would like to know how Chinese students can get a VISA in order to come to Costa Rica and learn Spanish. We have a Spanish school and we get contacted some times from Chinese students that want to come to Costa Rica but we are not sure what steps are to follow. Is there a  Costa Rican Embassy in China??Thanks in advance for your answer and kind regards!
