Ms.Jo, you can apply for the multiple entry visa with 12 months validity in Embasy of China in KL, you can also apply for speed process by pay extra money, the charge will be 120 Ringgit for Multi-Entry Visa with 12-month Validity, I'm not clear about the fee for speed service

The regular processing time is 4 working days. For express service, additional fees of RM140 for 1 working day processing (pick up on same day 4:30pm-5:00pm), and RM100 for 2-3 working days processing will be charged.

However, not everyone can get the multiple entry visa with 12 months validity, there are some requirements, such as The applicant is the husband/wife, or son/daughter, or parent of a Chinese citizen residing in Mainland China. Please submit proof of relationship, e.g. the original and the photocopy of a marriage certificate, a notary certificate of kinship etc
