About:China Visa

Hi
I am in the Philippines and I'm Travel to China in ShenZhen on 4th of May but my Air ticket is from MANILA to Hongkong. Can I get a chinese visa from the boundary?
This is a business trip ( training for new machine ). How does it long for getting visa?

I can't sure if you can get the visa-upon-arrival because it is subject to the emergency you have. Only few aliens can get such a visa
