About:Macau Visa Policy

Hi
I have a Panamanian Passport!
If I have two entries for Hong Kong Visa and I already use one because I will be coming from Shanghai to Hong Kong and If I go to Macau for one day and then I go back to Hong Kong. Do I the officials stamp for me for my second entry?
