About:Chinese Embassy in Cambodia

I am a Chinese citizen studying in Singapore under student visa, should I apply for a visa to enter Cambodia in Singapore? Or is it possible to obtain one when I arrive at Phnom Penh by air?

Chinese citizens can apply for Cambodia visa upon arrival.
