About:Chinese Embassy in Slovak Republic

I would like to kindly ask you to send the application form for china traveler visa for Korean Citizen for 14 days, just for Single-entry visa. Thank you,

Mrs.Jana Harsniov, no matter what visa she apply, she should complete the same Visa Application Form of China. You can download the Form from https://www.travelchinaguide.com/embassy/pdf/visa-application.pdf
