About:Embassy & Consulate of Norway in China

Hi all, Im going to visit Beijing on 25th of May, can someone inform me some tourist attractions within walking distance from city center or Tiananmen square. Another question is, is it eough to visit all of the attractions in 4 days?

Thanks Ms. Sophie, to bad so little time, so many places to visit, coz after beijing I will spend 3 days in Shanghai, 2days in Hangzhou & continue my to Hefei for my internship. But definitely I wont miss Badaling great wall, temple of heaven, Summer palace, Forbidden city, the bund, west lake & xitang, and I might even go to Huangshan & xidi town since both are in Hefei province.

Hi,I just came back from Beijing half a month, and I check in the Beijing hotel which near Tiananmen square. The forbidden city is very near the square, you can walk to there and spend some time there and if you like you can have a Hutong tour in the late afternoon of the same day. In the other hand, the Wangfujin commercial street is near the square too, you also can go there for shopping and by some souvenir just like chopsticks after the visit of the forbidden city. 4 days is not enough for you to visit all of the attractions, but some destinations you’d better not miss as the forbidden city, the Great wall, the summer palace, the temple of heaven and earth, the ming tomb. If you have time you can go to xiangshan park or the Grand View Garden. Wish you will have a good trip in Beijing.

hello, Mr Ronald, i think that all of your choices are good, and all of the destination you will go is worth visiting. i want to correct you is that hefei is not a province, it is just city. the capital city of anhui province of China.
i think you truly will have a great trip in China, enjoy it!
