About:Chinese Embassy in India

hello sir my younger brother now in china for job and now he is doing a registered merrage there with a chinese girl and he is required a un-married certificat from india so plz tell me what is the basic procedure to take this unmarried certificate.

In China, the unmarried certificate is issued by the public security bureau and the Ministry of Civil Affairs. You need to find if there are simialr institutions in your country.

Hello Mr.Nilesh,

I am raj from europe. In your brother case, Kindly go to the local "village officer (VO)" and ask him for the "First Mariiage cerficate". so, that he will issue a certificate, "that your borther is not got married in india".
