About:Chinese Embasy in Ireland

My wife is a Chinese national. How does she renew her Chinese passport which will expire in late 2009 ?

She needs to prepare these documents:
1. Original and copy of the current passport
2. passport application form
3. 2-3 passport-use photos
4. a evidence that she didn't join the Canadian nationality
