Hi,I will arrive at Guilin airport on 26th April morning 9.20am. Is the bus shuttle chargeable from the airport to Guilin? (as I read somewhere mention is free).What is the best way to travel to Yangshuo from the airport?Thank you.

The shuttle bus is not free. The ticket fare is 20 yuan per person. From Yangshuo to Guilin Airport, you should take regular bus Guilin Bus Station and then change a vehicle there to the airport.
