Re attention maddam/sir,

My name is Kwangaika Sinjela, a Zambian nationality- residing in Thailand, where I am studying.

The first request is that I want to apply for the new passport through your Embassy. I am just requesting for advise concerning any information that I may be required to provide.

Secondly, I am in need and wants to get a driving licence. One of requirements they need from me is that I submit a certification letter to them from an embassy that am a Zambian.
I am requesting if you can document me to them, and since there isn`t any nearby Zambian embassy around here from where I can get them.

Your assistance will highly be appreciated.
