About:China Visa

Hi,

I'm a foreign teacher in Harbin, Heilongjiang, China. I will be starting my degree at Ha Gong Da university in september and I wanted to know if I can study on my work visa? Or do I have to get a student visa to study?

Thanks, Dan

How long will you study in China? Do you just futher your study in China at your part time? You still teach while you are studying for your degree?

I will be studying here for four years, but I need to keep working during that time, so a student visa just isn't an option. I will be doing a full time degree course. 4 hours a day, 5 days per week. I will definitely still be working...I have to, to pay for my life here. I have no rich family etc to pay for stuff for me.

As you will still work in China, your current work visa is still available for stay in China. You don't have to apply for an extra visa.
