my brother now is living in china with his wife. a few years ago, my brother and his wife had a girl who was born in sydney. Now their girl is living in china, and they would like to send her to local school in china.The local school requests my brother to apply a naturalparent's certificate for his girl in Sydney Chineseconsulate, could you please tell me how to apply?
