Hi, if my friend from china want travel to malaysia visit me and we also planing holiday in singapure together. can my friend apply a singapura visa in malaysia? or he need to apply the malaysia and singapure holiday visa in china before visit in malaysia? If can apply singapure visa in malaysia. where can i apply it? thank you
