About:Chinese Embassy in Malaysia

my friend's iranian who's stay in malaysia would like to visit hong kong, which type of visa he should apply for? can he apply it in malaysia?

Your friend is allowed to apply for a HK tourist visa in malaysia or at the entry port of Hong Kong.
