How old is your son? Pupils don't need to present a Foreigner Examination Form. Submit the following documents:
1. Valid passport, which must have at least six months validity period left before expiration and at least one blank visa
2.A completely filled application form affixed with one passport-sized photo.
3.An admission notice from the Chinese school
4.An approved Foreign Student Visa Application Form (JW101 or JW202) issued by the Chinese authorized unit
5.A Physical Examination Certificate for Foreign Citizen
