About:China Customs Declaration

Traveling to China from USA, Can I bring a small package of corn beef and a small pint of cheese dip? ... to enjoy my first day in China with friends?

You can take them to China. However, you'd better put them in your checked luggage, if you don't want to eat it during the flight.
