About:Chinese Embassy in Vietnam

I came to HCM from Hong Kong. My Home Vist Permit to China expired years ago. Can i renew the permit card in HCM ? How long it takes? what documents i need?

I think you can renew the permit car at the Chinese embassy in HCM.
