About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

hi i am a Filipino working in China as an engineer for more than 4 years now. I would like to get a permanent visa and hopefully live and stay in China forever. Could
that be possible? Holding a working visa renewable every year.

For your application for a D visa(resident visa), you have to apply for a residence permit at the Entry and Exit Department under the Local Public Security Bureau where you are currently based. Then to submit your application with the residence permit and other required materials.
