Qibao ancient town is not far from the downtown,you can take metro line 4# to YI SHAN RD. then get off to transfer to metro Line#9,then get off at the 5th stop of QI BAO STOP, then walking about 700m, that is Qi BAO ANCIENT TOWN. or you can take the metro first then get off cao bao rd,shanghai south railway station then take the taxi to the destination, the taxi cost is around RMB22-24, it is for your reference.
