About:Passport

My relative has a friend from China at present here in the Philippines. Unfortunately that friend of hers lost his passport. How can the person go about replacing his/her lost PROC passport?

She should bring her ID card to report the loss to the local public security bureau and then apply for a new passport.

You mean file a report with the local police here and then apply at the PROC embassy for a replacement passport?
