They don't speak English in this city, so don't expect the taxi drivers to understand a word you are saying. Print the address, or learn the names of the closest landmark you are willing to walk from!

English is spoken to those with higher educations. The taxi drivers only have limited education for the most part. But if you plan out your trip or ask someone that lives here before hand can make your trip simpler and easier for you.
