Wasn't Qin Shi Huang the Emperor who enforced the Great
Burning of Books? And if so, why did he do it?

HE DID IT BECAUSE HE BELIEVED THAT THE CHINESE SCHOLARS SHOULD ONLY LEARN "USEFUL" THINGS LIKE HOW TO TELL THE FUTURE, FARMING, AND MEDICINE
