Wasn't Qin Shi Huang the Emperor who enforced the Great
Burning of Books? And if so, why did he do it?

HE DID IT BECAUSE HE BELIEVED THAT THE CHINESE SCHOLARS SHOULD ONLY LEARN "USEFUL" THINGS LIKE HOW TO TELL THE FUTURE, FARMING, AND MEDICINE

no he beliveb in Leginusom which is crul violence to make people follow his rule he hated confuses orderd many book burnings any one who protested was beheaded
